I am hosting an event where I am using the default setting of sending out reminder messages 2 days before the event to all yes's, maybe's and not responded's. How can I be sure they went out? Would I receive one, too? If so, then I don't think they went out, because I didn't get one. Can I force a reminder? Fri 7/18/08

Hi Michael,

I notice you have two email addresses on the account. Have you checked the other mail box for the reminder? Whichever address was 'Primary' at the time of event creation is where the reminder was sent.

Please let me know if this is not the case.

I'm sure the reminder didn't go out to at least some people. I used the message function to send out a 'manual reminder,' but the automatic one seems to be at least a little broken. Sat 7/19/08

From the information you've provided, it's somewhat difficult to determine whether or not there was a problem. A review of your account shows that the reminders for your event were sent on July 17 (Thurs).

It's possible that some of your guests have overly aggressive spam filters- something that's not within our control.

We do regularly test hundreds of mailboxes worldwide for delivery, and our most recent test shows 100% inbox delivery (not bulk/spam).

If you have more specifics about guests who didn't receive reminders, feel free to message me privately with the details and I'll investigate further.
