Hi Joyce,
You can unblock someone by clicking on the 'Account' link in the upper-right of the main navigation bar. Then click 'Blocking Preferences' and you can unblock anyone you've blocked. cheers, Boris |

That still will not let me in to the e-mail from that person. What else can I do to get into the e-mail it says 'no longer valid' So can I still get into it or is it gone for good? |

Hi Joyce,
What do you mean by 'getting into the e-mail from that person'? Are you trying to view an e-mail invitation for an event that you were invited to? Did you click on 'block emails from this user' and you're trying to view the invitation again? Please provide more details so that I can try to figure out the issue. thanks, Boris |

YES! I hit the block button by mistake and now I can't get into the event again it says sorry event invalid. I can remove the block but now I can't get into the event e-mail again. Can you help me? |

Hi Joyce,
When you block someone, you go through at least 2 steps to confirm that you want to block that person. When you do confirm the block, we remove you from the guestlist so that you will not be bothered by that person again. If you choose to change your mind about this person (which it seems you have) you will need to ask to be reinvited to any events that were removed when you blocked that person. cheers, Boris |
